Please use our returns portal to register your return. You will need your order number and email address.

Please note the following requirements:

• The item must be in its original, undamaged condition with all tags attached and the complete packaging.
• The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
• The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

The return shipping costs may vary between €5 and €20, depending on your location.
